Tyson Foods is issuing a recall of 69-thousand pounds of their frozen ready-to-eat chicken strips due to metal pieces. Company officials said yesterday the recall includes their Fully Cooked Buffalo Style Chicken Strips and Fully Cooked Crispy Chicken Strips sold in 25-ounce bags. Also included in the recall are the 20-pound boxes of Spare Time Fully Cooked Buffalo Style Chicken Strips. Tyson is asking consumers to return the products over concerns about metal fragments possibly being mixed in with food.
