There's excitement in Brevard County around a new development backed by a Backstreet Boy. Howie D is the property developer behind plans for a $35 million luxury condo complex in Cocoa Beach. He has already built and lived in oceanfront condos in Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach and Cape Canaveral since the 1990s. The new condo called The Surf is planned for September.
