The Coast Guard is celebrating what it calls a truly incredible outcome in the waters off Brevard County. Stuart Bee was found yesterday morning more than 85 miles off Port Canaveral after his boat capsized. He went sailing Friday, but his boat had a mechanical problem before it started taking on water. The Coast Guard says he was spotted by the crew of a container ship after he took off his shirt and waved it to get their attention.
