Construction on the Margaritaville resort in Melbourne is slowing down because of economic conditions and site-work delays, and the target completion date has been postponed from fall 2024 to late 2025.
Margaritaville is will feature a seven-story, 146-room hotel with a two-story restaurant, a 221-slip marina, a stage for entertainment events, a four-level parking garage and a public boardwalk right on the river on US-1 in Melbourne.
