Try the new TikTok trend, “coffee nap”! It has over 14 million posts on the app. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s when you drink a caffeinated beverage, such as coffee or espresso.

After drinking it, you immediately take a 15 to 20-minute nap. This way, as your nap ends, the caffeine you drink’s just kicking in, which gives you a double boost.
