Meet Jamison Fleming. Here's her Survivor story.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004. I had surgery, chemo and radiation, and after 5 years was considered “cured”. In 2017 , I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. It had spread to my spine, lung, hips, and I started on daily oral chemo, most likely for the rest of my life. Having a terminal, chronic disease either makes a person bitter, or makes them determined to make the most of every day. I choose to be happy, live every day with anticipation and spread love and hope. I have turned my death sentence into an opportunity to live fully and share hope with others. I embrace every new opportunity and have no regrets.
