Join Mindy as she emcees the 27th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade & Festival at Fred Poppe Regional Park in Palm Bay on Sunday, October 6th at 10am.
This is a free event begins at 10am. After the parade, the festival will feature live musical performances from Tito Puente Jr who is making a stop in Brevard County during his tour to celebrate the 100 year legacy of his father, the world renowned King of Mambo, Tito Puente. Other performances from Marcus Hernandez and Orchestra Fuego, JCee Colon and Zalsa En Control will bring their orchestras salsa flavor to the stage to get everyone on their feet! Two orchestras, all styles of Latin music along with Freestyle music will be performed by various local and out of state entertainers.
Food trucks featuring mouthwatering ethnic foods, unique merchandise, artists, vendors, a display of vehicles from our Automotive Sponsor Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay, a Health & Wellness self-care area, an automobile and antique car show, businesses and informational community and non-profit organizations and much more all coming together to showcase their efforts and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Come and enjoy this fun -filled family atmosphere that is a free event to the public and celebrate Hispanic culture, music, dancing and delicious food.
Funds raised will provide scholarships to Hispanic students here in Brevard.
