September 16 - Parrish Medical Center is offering free support groups for community members living with various health issues. Parrish Partners Cancer Support Group: 4-5:30 p.m., Parrish Medical Center, 951 N. Sept. 18 & 19: The Melbourne Municipal Band begins a new season of free community concerts with “No Strings Attached,” beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Melbourne Auditorium. Sept. 20 - Another season of toe-tapping music begins as Swingtime presents its annual Fall Kick-Off Dance, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Melbourne Auditorium. September 21: 6 PM - 9 PM. Murder Mystery. September 27 - The Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 6th Annual Taste of the Coast event from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Cocoa Beach Country Club. Residents and area guests will have the opportunity to sample foods from a variety of both well-known establishments and newcomers to the Space Coast dining scene all in one evening. October 11 - Serene Harbor is excited to announce our Casino Night fundraiser at The Grand Manor in Melbourne. October 12 - The Dorcas Circle will hold its fall Attic Treasures and Bake Sale from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Suntree United Methodist Church, 7400 N. October 17 - “Sock Hop”, a dance with music by the Rock and Roll Revue. Dance to music of the 50s and 60s provided by a 12-piece combo with a male vocalist and a Doo-Wop trio. Time: 7:00 to 10:00 PM.
