Mondays - Homeschool P.E. Classes in many sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and track & field, along with other traditional P.E. games. Monday – Friday: Morning Walk (All Ages). Would you like to stay active without worrying about the sun or the rain?  Come out and walk inside our gymnasium where you can stay cool and dry or you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine by using the new walking trail at Brother’s Park.  Times: 8:30AM – 10:00AM. Monday and Wednesday: Bone Builders Program. Time:  8:30AM - 9:30AM. Ages:  Retirees & Senior Citizens. Bone Builders is a FREE strength training and health education program offered through Aging Matters in Brevard’s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program .  Participants lift weights to improve their bone and muscle strength while also working to better their balance.  Certified instructors will also discuss important topics related to bone health & nutrition. Tuesday – Coding. Youth will learn how to create software, apps and websites. Time:  5:30PM-6:30PM. Ages:  8-12 years. Cost: Free for six weeks.  Lipscomb Community Center Melbourne. 608-7450.

Tuesdays - Cub Scouts. Youth learn the basics of life skills, camping trips, scouting techniques and citizenship. Cost: Registration fee $24 yearly. Time:  6:30PM-8:00PM. Ages:  6-11 years.  Lipscomb Community Center Melbourne. 608-7450.

Wednesdays  - Adult Step Dance Class. Come out and learn the art of “Chicago-Style Stepping.” This elegant and smooth style of couples’ dancing is the fastest growing urban ballroom dance nationwide. September 22 - Astronomy anyone? 10:00am - evening -- American Space Museum. FREE DAY! Smithsonian Museum Day: open throughout the evening for star gazing. Celebrate the 2018 close approach of Mars ushering in Autumn at 9:45 pm.

September 22 - Movie in the Park - Wonder Woman. 8:30pm - 11:00pm: An evening for super heros. Dress up as their favorite super hero. Costume judging at a movie intermission. Prizes for our best dressed kids and families! The movie will start on the big screen right after at 8:30pm. Sand Point Park Titusville.

September 24 - North Brevard College Night. 5:00pm - 7:00pm -- Titusville Mall (formerly Searstown Mall). Free. Featuring colleges and universities from around the country. This is a great opportunity for our students to explore their post-secondary educational options.

September 26 - Volunteer Orientation. 3:00pm - 4:00pm -- Enchanted Forest Sanctuary Education Center. The Enchanted Forest Sanctuary is looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for the environment! Registration required, please call 321-264-5185.

September 28 - Rock & Roll Revue, a new ensemble of the Melbourne Municipal Band, will present a ‘50s-style sock hop beginning at 7 p.m. at the Melbourne Auditorium. Tickets are $10, and can be purchased at the door, at any Swingtime or MMB event, and at the MMB business office during business hours. ‘50s dress is optional. October 19 - Halloween Family Fun Night. Great fun-filled family event with costume contests, music, and carnival style games, snacks, prizes and more. October 26 - Adult Flashlight Pumpkin Hunt. Join us for the great Pumpkin Hunt and feel like a kid again! Don’t forget to bring your flashlight and a bag or basket.
