'Vogue' Shares Inside Look At Hailey Baldwin's Final Wedding Dress Fitting

If you wish to see just how Hailey Baldwin's one-of-a-kind wedding dress was finished, then Vogue has you covered with an inside look at the TV personality's final dress fitting prior to her South Carolina wedding to Justin Bieber.

On Friday (October 18), Vogue took to their YouTube channel to lift the veil on the making of the dress, which was designed by Virgil Abloh for Off-White. "The gratifying side of designing for Hailey, in this case, is I know her personality. For her, I wanted something fun and youthful but still traditional," Abloh said via a phone interview, adding that he wanted to create something that made Bieber look at her like she's the ultimate one. Elsewhere in Vogue's behind-the-scenes look at the dress, the magazine spoke with Sabrina Mandelli, the set designer for Off-White, who admitted that Baldwin had three different fittings, with a total of 20 collaborators work on the dress.

When Baldwin puts on the number, the bride-to-be told cameras that Virgil had been her go-to designer since the very beginning. "On day one I said, 'I want Virgil to do my dress.' I didn't want someone who was a wedding dress designer," she admitted. "I just feel like my style and my street style is such a part of who I am and Virgil has always been in my corner since the beginning."

As you know, the two exchanged vows at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina in front of 154 guests, including Scooter Braun, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Ed Sheeran, Jaden Smith, among others. After the couple tied the knot at Somerset Chapel, the guests partook in a cocktail hour before a reception at the Wilson Ballroom, where the duo of the hour was serenaded by Daniel Caesar.
