  • Eat a healthy breakfast -Research shows a balanced breakfast is linked to students’ academic success, don’t you want to give your brain power the same boost? Make it a green smoothie and you’ll get more veggies and fruits into your diet.
  • Take B12, if you need it- There’s a good chance your vitamin B12 levels are low if you avoid meat and animal products because the only foods that contain it are meat, dairy, eggs, and other animal-based foods. Low B12 can cause anemia, weakness, and fatigue and taking a supplement in the morning can increase your energy.
  • Get moving- We’re not talking about a hardcore workout, but if that’s your thing, go for it. Just a short, brisk walk or some jumping jacks can energize you, could improve decision making during the day, and may even help control your blood pressure.
  • Drink water- Start your morning with a glass of water to jumpstart your daily hydration.
