Christmas shoppers hitting the home stretch as we slide into December. Even with the Omicron variant, inflation and supply chain issues retailers are still expecting consumer spending to hit a double-digit gain this holiday spending season. Bankrate's Ted Rossman says inflation may be the biggest fear of all right now. He says consumer confidence may appear low, but the data tells a different story-people are spending aggressively. October sales were up about 15 percent year over year.
