James Nance Park in Indialantic is getting a new playground named after Mikey Goodwin who died of brain cancer two years ago.
Construction started this past Monday with dozens of local volunteers.
The tools were donated by ACE Hardware in addition to donations of $220,000.
Local companies also donated food for volunteers and cement.
