The last remaining crew member of a capsized cargo ship off the Georgia coast has been rescued. The U.S. Coast Guard announced yesterday that all crew members have been accounted for, and operations will now shift to environmental protection. The Golden Ray vessel capsized on Sunday. Twenty crew members were rescued that day, but four remained missing.
