Two Titusville mothers shared how a popular kid song helped in the dramatic rescue of a 4-year-old who nearly drowned.
Dilek Moon, mother of 4-year-old Fletcher, tells her story. 'Mom, look, there's a kid in the pool.' We all turn our heads and we see this little dark shadow in the bottom of the pool," Moon recalled. Moon had been watching the kids that were in the pool. Fletcher, who was out of the pool for pizza, had slipped in behind everyone, unnoticed and silent.
The rhythm of "The Baby Shark Song" was just right to do CPR on the little boy. Hours later, it was clear Fletcher would be okay.
