CLEARWATER -- Pinellas deputies make an arrest in Friday's fatal boat crash on the Intracoastal in Madeira Beach.
35 year old Jesse Mayer surrendered at his attorney's office Monday.
He's charged with Boating Under the Influence - Manslaughter, Vessel Homicide and Child Neglect among other things.
Deputies say Mayer's 37 footer was going at high speed through a slow-wake zone and rear-ended a jetski driving by 56 year old Robert Krysztofowicz, who was pronounced dead at a nearby marina.
