Florida Man Charged with DUI After Riding a Lawnmower

A Ft. McCoy man with three prior DUI Convictions picked up number four last week as he was stopped driving a lawnmower down County Road 316 near Ocala. Paul Burke, who has had his license suspended three times and revoked four times—all due to DUI convictions, was stopped by a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy.

Burke was arrested and transported to the Gold Star Hotel. Driving a lawnmower in the middle of a road where the speed limit is 55mph is dangerous and illegal … add being drunk into the mix, makes it worse.
