BREVARD: City of Melbourne Providing Temporary Assistance for Residents

The City of Melbourne’s Emergency Rental, Mortgage, and Public Utilities Assistance Program provide temporary assistance for up to six months of rent, mortgage, and/or public utility payments.

The maximum monthly assistance will be $1,600 and will be made directly to the creditor.

The City will use $233,590 from the Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) to fund the program.
