Brevard: COVID-19 Vaccine Available To Those 60-And Over

In Florida, the COVID-19 vaccine is being made available to those 60-years old and older. Governor DeSantis says more than one-and a half-million-Floridians between the ages of 60-and 64-can sign up to get on the vaccination list. DeSantis says if the vaccination campaign continues to advance at its current rate, those 55-and older can sign up as early as next week.

Florida seniors who are homebound can now email a request to get their COVID vaccine. A new address has been set up to manage these requests. And so far, 15-hundred seniors have gotten their shot by state strike teams. Any homebound senior wanting to get a shot can email a request to homebound-vaccine-at-E-M-My-Florida-dot-com.
