Authorities are working to identity remains found in a car linked to a Palm Bay man who's been missing since 2009. Police say officers discovered the silver Ford Mustang in a retention pond yesterday in the Bayside Lakes in Palm Bay. The car was linked to a 2009 missing person case for Philippe Desir. Desir lived around the corner from the retention pond.
