A 40-year-old St. Petersburg woman has been charged with battery after police say she shot a neighbor with a squirt gun over the weekend.
Police say Renee Bolduc was apparently upset because the neighbor was walking "on her street." The neighbor never trespassed on Bolduc's property or made any aggressive statements. Bolduc is being held on $500 bond.
