Florida’s Freedom Week Sales Tax Holiday starts July 1st and ends July 7th! You may purchase admissions to music events, sporting events, cultural events, state park annual passes, fitness facilities, and certain outdoor-related supplies exempt from sales tax.
Between those dates the following items will be tax-free:
Fishing supplies
Camping supplies
Sports Equipment
Boating and water activity supplies
Pool supplies
General outdoor supplies
The sales tax holiday does not apply to the rental or repair of any of the qualifying items.
The sales tax holiday does not apply to sales in a theme park, entertainment complex, public lodging establishment or airport.
