More possible toll relief for Floridians.
Governor DeSantis announcing a legislative proposal which would expand rebates to all facilities across the state.
DeSantis says commuters who go through tolls 40 or more times per month would see a 50-percent discount on their bill should proposal go through.
Governor DeSantis previously announcing toll rebates for Sunpass and F-Dot facilities.
DeSantis estimates the proposal would benefit approximately 750-thousand Floridians and save the average commuter around $550 per year.
If passed by the state legislature, the program would take effect on July 1, 2023.
