The NBC News Chief sent a memo to staff overnight saying the network had received a complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace by Matt Lauer. Savannah Guthrie, joined by Hoda Kotb, made the announcement this morning. In his memo, it noted that while this was the first complaint about Lauer, other evidence presented shows it may not have been an isolated incident. Matt Lauer had hosted "Today" since 1998.
