Cocoa Beach is holding an Astronaut Parade on Saturday in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The parade runs through downtown and will feature 13 former astronauts and family members of those who donned NASA spacesuits. The parade will take place 9:30 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. on July 13. The parade route starts at 4th Street North and proceeds down Orlando Avenue, ending at 1st Street South. The after party will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
