After years of delays, tonight's the night Northrop Grumman’s Pegasus rocket is scheduled for air-launch at 9:25pm from Cape Canaveral. The air-launched rocket will deploy NASA’s ICON satellite into orbit, then Pegasus will release off the aircraft. Forecasters say there's only a 30-percent chance of acceptable weather.
