Imagine living your whole life without ever having had the chance to stick your toes in the sand and the ocean. That almost happened to a 93-year-old man who's called Florida home for the past 20 years.
Howard Fisher may be in Florida, but he never touched the Gulf waters. For his 93rd birthday, he decided to experience it. On Sunday, he took a trip to Anna Maria Island with the help of his daughter, Sandra and a borrowed wheelchair.
