A picture of a puppy and a pigeon snuggling together is touching the hearts of millions. That's because the eight-week-old Chihuahua can't walk and the bird can't fly. But together, they're perfect. And they're best friends. Sue Rogers of the Mia Foundation says publicity from the image has been good for the non-profit animal rescue center for disabled animals.
