A Utah Highway Patrol trooper got a big surprise when he pulled over the driver of an SUV on an interstate in Ogden. UHP Trooper Rick Morgan says he pulled over a slow moving vehicle and couldn't believe what he saw when he finally got a look at the driver.
Morgan found out that the five-year-old boy behind the wheel had taken the SUV after having an argument with his parents. The boy apparently wanted them to buy him a Lamborghini and, when they refused, decided to go to California and buy it himself. Morgan says the boy planned to pay for the car with the three-dollars he had on him.
