Two men are behind bars in Van Nuys, California after a brawl with an employee at a Target over face mask rules. LAPD Commanding Officer Jim Gavin says the department is seeing an increase in calls about people not wearing masks in public spaces. They're urging shoppers to protect themselves first.
Officials say 31-year-old Phillip Hamilton and 29-year-old Paul Hamilton attacked employees who were trying to kick them out of the store for not wearing a mask last week. One store security guard suffered a broken arm and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The suspects face felony battery charges.
