Florida will take another step toward returning to normal. Governor Ron DeSantis said yesterday the state will enter Phase Two of its recovery tomorrow. Phase Two will allow bars, movie theaters, bowling alleys and other entertainment venues to reopen at 50 percent capacity. Stores and gyms will be able to open at full capacity.
The order will be signed today and take effect on Friday.
