After a heated debate yesterday in Brevard County, commissioners opted not to issue a mask mandate.
The commission decided to issue a recommendation that businesses post where they stand with masks for those using their establishments.
An original proposal was modified by county commissioners to recommend that businesses tell customers their choice, masks or no masks.
