Indian Harbour Beach woman is trying to find the owner of a personal memento. Indian Harbour Beach's Susan Vann-Windham found a military memorial bracelet at Paradise Beach Park last week.
The black bracelet contains the names of two soldiers from Ohio and Illinois who died last year in Afghanistan.
She posted a photo of the bracelet on Facebook to find the owner, and she tells Florida Today she imagines the bracelet was worn by a grieving family member who would love to have it back.
