The approved plan moves two days from second semester to first semester. Those days are January 6th and January 9th. The second semester will now begin on January 10, 2023. In addition, the board approved converting four early release Fridays to regular school days. The days impacted are:

This approved plan provides for the correct number of hours and minutes needed to meet state requirements and preserves the Thanksgiving week holiday for students, families, and staff. It also preserves the three days before winter break (December 19, 20, and 21, 2022) as exam days/early dismissal days for students.
